I was a little concerned about the area at first but we grew to love everything about the block the hotel was on very quickly.We used the excellent carwash across the street and had a good meal at the pizzaria just a few feet from the lobby. The Wash Clean Lavamatico about half way down the block was a particularly pleasant experience.They will deliver directly to the property when your clothes are professionally laundered or you can wash them yourself. As for the staff I feel the need to mention two members by name. Gisela behind the desk and Jaime in the lobby helped me find a particular part I needed for my car. They made numerous calls and translated my needs for as long as it took to local auto stores to get me taken care of. We will be back...!

A pleasant hotel and nice settings nice soft music in the lobby enjoyable for every age bracket to enjoy very peaceful and comforting. The staff were friendly and succeeded in all the expectations that we had. Definitely loved the location. Everything is near and is walking distance supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping areas, laundries, barbershop, car rental agencies you name it. It's safe to roam the streets even at night. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. I just wish it had more lightning in the bedroom area instead of the night stands, but other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend we will be back!

Location is good, convenience store across the street, car rental next door, good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance including 2 Indian restaurants. Rooms are basic but big size. Breakfast is decent. Masks compulsory in restaurant. They do provide masks for guests. It's a buffet but the staff serves it for you. Covid protocols. Fruits are kept in small portion sealed plastic containers to avoid wastage and infection. Staff is attentive & efficient. Lunch buffet and dinner buffet available in case you don't wish to venture out. Decent lobby. A vending machine is provided for basic needs - chips, water, drinks.

What did I think about breakfast... Breakfast was FANTASTIC like you had options everyday Staff was friendly and helpful even when my daughter wasn't feeling well and couldn't attend breakfast, I was given a take away food container was some breakfast of her choice. BIG THANK YOU
